Born and raised in Medellín, Colombia, I am a NASM-certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Kangoo Jump instructor with over 25 years of passion for movement. My goal is simple: to help you build strength, prevent injuries, and move pain-free—so you can feel incredible at every stage of life.

I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, from those preparing their bodies for healthy aging to those reclaiming strength after years of discomfort or inactivity. Whether your goal is to burn fat, prevent joint pain, improve mobility, or enhance overall fitness, I provide expert guidance in a private, distraction-free setting—so you can train with confidence and see real results.

When I’m not training, I’m always learning—deepening my knowledge to offer the best techniques and strategies to my clients. Outside of the gym, you’ll find me outdoors, staying active, and embracing movement as a lifelong gift.
